Shipping policy

Disclaimer:  Here at Pond Pro we try to ship each order same day if the order is received before 12 PM. There are special circumstances where this may not be possible. We always do our best to ship within a 24 to 48 hour window, but please plan ahead and even call our staff if you are ordering on a deadline.

We will be happy to have a staff member confirm inventory for you. We are standing by to help. Thank you for your understanding.  

USPS Express and Priority

We use USPS for all P.O. Box, APO and FPO shipments. 

This is our preferred method of shipping for all orders. USPS can deliver to most of our customers in less than 3 days with the only exception being the West Coast States. Most orders in Arkansas are a 1 day ship, but most estimated time of arrival is 2-5 business days. 

FedEx Ground and Fedex Express:

This is our preferred method of shipping for all expedited overnight orders. 
Sorry, FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes. FedEx will only ship to a physical street address. 

 International Shipping: 

 International Orders can be shipped via USPS Express and Priority if requested.

International Shipping Quote: 

If you are outside the US and you would like a shipping quote, email your physical address and we will provide a quote within 24 hours (M-F).

UPS Ground and Express:

We can use UPS shipping, but must be special requested by customer at time of purchase.
